Cynthia Luna has a Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Security from the University of Geneva/Switzerland, an MBA’s Degree in Business Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV)/Brazil, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism. She is a dedicated Intelligence Analyst with 23 years of professional career experience. Highly committed to National and International Security through producing Intelligence reports on strategic issues. Currently, she holds the position of Coordinator-general of Strategic Sectors in a governamental institution. Before that, she was Chief of the Division of Biological, Chemical, Radiological and Nuclear Threats. From 2007 to 2021, she was the Lead Analyst of the National Space Program.
